Memory

I’ve found myself blogging and I’m rushing so sorry for any mistakes, but lets get down to business. so I picked up my psychology book, opened and flliped it to the section on cognitive psychology. What I read sparked my interest.

The research or memory, bluma zeigarnik researched into how unfinished tasks have a different status in or brain compared to finished ones, this all came from an observation of waiters and how they could recall orders that were still not paid for better than details of an order that had been completed.

Experiements were ran to test this theory out and children were given small tasks and puzzles to do and half way through they were interrupted and when asked how well they could remember the activity, they were twice as likely to recall……… (see more?) (subscription needed)
